My personal experience with AAA Hoosier Motor Club

I am an irate ex-member of AAA Hoosier Motor Club. My car was damaged by their AAA towing service on September 9th, 2008. I spent way too much of my time trying to convince them to agree to repair it. The field investigators with AAA would only comment, "Our driver was not negligent and some damage can occur during towing with older cars".

SO, ya'll BEWARE.

Their member service representative (supposed to be on my side) indicated he couldn't do anything for me. BULLSHIT... In my opinion, they just didn't need to retain me as one of their members. Frankly, their towing service was a good value until they damaged my car. I must have used their free towing services too often to remain profitable. Whatever... Maybe they have more than enough members. You decide.

So, bye-bye to AAA Hoosier Motor Club. My membership, ID number 429 023 021761691 5, expired 31 December 2008. I will not renew it. This is my story and I am sticking to it. Hey Folks, there are several other towing services. These guys aren't the only game in town.

This is the only link I have found to the AAA national headquarters for suggestions & complaints @ http://www.AAA.com/suggestions.html. I have also entered my complaint with them to no avail.

The End.
